Areka /In the early hours of the day, it emerged that Gene Haas, the founder of Haas Automation and the director of the Haas F1 Team, fell into an armed attack. It happened at his home where the culprits were able to take away cash among other items.
Despite the frightening ordeal, sources close to Haas confirmed that he is unharmed and in good health. “Gene is fine and doing well,” a representative stated. “It was a traumatic experience, but he’s safe, and that’s what matters most.”
Local authorities have launched an investigation to apprehend the culprits and recover the stolen items. Security around Haas and his property is being reassessed in the wake of the incident.
This unsettling event has drawn an outpouring of support from the motorsport and business communities, with many expressing relief that Haas was not physically harmed.
