Hockey Community Mourning After The Passing Of Four-Time Cup Champion…

A recent announcement revealed that the hockey community is once again mourning after the news broke that four-time Cup champion, and hall of fame forward has passed away at the age of 93.

The hockey community was hit with some heartbreaking news when it was announced that a longtime member of the hockey community passed away.
Bruce Cline was known for his time in the American Hockey League, and is a member in the Hall of Fame, along with a four-time Cup Champion, but an announcement revealed that he has tragically passed at the age of 93-year-old.
Cline was a right winger during his playing time, and played over seventeen season in the QPJHL, QHL, AHL, and the NHL with the New York Rangers.

When playing for the Springfield Indians of the American Hockey League, Cline ended up winning three straight Calder Cups from 1959-62. The other Cup he won was with the Providence Reds during the 1955-56 season.
After learning about his passing, the Springfield Hockey Heritage Society shared this heartbreaking post:
Very sad news came our way Friday, as we received one of those phone calls you wish would never come.
Bruce Cline, a member of the AHL Hall of Fame, Springfield Hockey Hall of Fame, Hershey Bears Hall of Fame, a four time Calder Cup Champion, a SHHS member since our inception, a Hockeyday regular since 2013, and a genuine, humble, amazing person, passed away in Quebec, at the age of 93. You will never be forgotten number nine.
